I’ve got an incredible nose, I believe it’s only second to the blood hound
It’s not only as cute as a button, it works really well
For example, I can smell all the wonderful scents in the bin under the sink
For you humans it is stinky, for me they are delicious
I smell the trees
I know what you’re thinking …
You think I’m only interested in smelling pee
Okay, yes that is my primary purpose, but I’m also smelling a little bit more
When I stick my nose into a bush
I can smell kibble and carrots and green beans (Everything having to do with bite-sized snacks)
I can also smell the stories that are embedded in fairy-tales
All mixed together with a touch of chocolate (my favorite candy)

Really, I’m just trying to connect myself with the great outdoors
Consider it’s kindness
To wrap my head around the bigger picture
And bring it all into my own national park which is my soul
You humans need to consider all the wonderful smells around you
Because, too often, you consider a day good or bad by a roll of the dice?
For me, all of my dice are unnumbered
And when I roll them, they are anything I want them to be
