About Jeff

Jeffrey Mark Shapiro was born in Gloversville New York. Gloversville is a small town about 25 miles Northwest of Albany in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains on the Great Sacandaga Resevoir. Jeffrey grew up in these mountains riding mini-bikes and snowmobiles, fishing the mountain lakes and ponds and getting into the normal amount of mischief associated with a young boy growing up in the wild.

Book Reviews

"The How I Found Trouble Books are absolutely timeless. I've read both of them at least 3 times, they just make me laugh and feel young. I've given the books to different members of my family and we all have the same reaction. Well done and thank you Jeff Shapiro. And please we need another."
